Given GLA's history with chemical/biological warfare, and the obvious crop duster design of this helicopter, it's likely that it will be used to contaminate large areas with hazardous agents. Poison fields will likely be lethal to infantry, but could also damage light armored vehicles. The closest Generals equivalent to this aircraft is a ground-based unit called the Toxin Tractor. The Toxin Tractor fired a focused spray of chemical agents to clear garrisons, but also had an ability which generated a long-lasting field of toxic waste. It's likely that the Crop Duster will serve a similar role, just in a different way.

C&C General 2: The EU Builder is equivalent to the Dozer from the original Generals. The attributes listed in this panel are meant to be a frame of reference to illustrate what the Generals 2 version of the unit might be like.

The EU Builder appears to have the same role as the USA Dozer from the original Generals. The notable cosmetic difference between the Generals 2 unit and its Generals 1 equivalent aside, the Command and Conquer Generals 2 EU Builder appears to be able to stack. This means multiple builders can work on the same building, allowing it to be constructed faster.

C&C General 2: The Tank is equivalent to the crusader from the original Generals. The attributes listed in this panel are meant to be a frame of refence to illustrate what the Command and Conquer Generals 2 version of the unit might be like.

This unit appears to be a modified Crusader from the original Generals, but there is also a possibility it is the Paladin. Regardless of its designation, this unit appears to be the EU's main battle tank. While relatively slow, main battle tanks in Generals were excellent against most vehicles, but fell easily to air units and anti-tank infantry.

Command and Conquer General 2 : The Humvee is equivalent to the Humvee from the original General. The attributes listed in this panel are meant to be a frame of reference to illustrate what the General 2 version of unit might be like.

If based on the Humvee from the original Generals, you can expect this unit to sport an anti-infantry machine gun, as well as the ability to transport a handful of infantry units. The Humvee from Generals was fast, but lightly armored, and its occupants could fire from the vehicle while it was moving. If these design characteristics are copied over from Generals, the effectiveness of the EU Humvee will depend on how well tuned the range balance of its occupants is. Don't expect to go head to head with a tank or any other vehicle designed to kill light armored units, but if occupants can fire from it like the original Humvee, it will provide more flexibility in what units it is capable of countering.

VTOL Aircraft Unit Reviews

Comanche

the VTOL Aircraft is equivalent to the Comanche from the original General. The attributes listed in this panel are meant to be a frame of reference to illustrate what the Generals 2 version of the unit might be like.

This unit is assumed to fill the same gameplay role as the Comanche from the original Generals. It is a persistent attack aircraft, meaning it does not need to return to base to rearm. Instead, it can stay in the field and continue to attack once its weapons recharge. What we've seen in the teaser video is that this unit does fire air to ground missiles, but it's unclear whether it will retain the anti-infantry machine gun or the Rocket Pods ability of the Comanche. Expect this unit to be effective against buildings and armored vehicles, but easily countered by any form of anti-air.
